Statistics Paper on Gender Bias in College Admissions

A statistics research paper I led on whether colleges admit men and women at equal rates. I drew the sample by stratified random sampling across more than 1,000 ranked universities, cleaned and merged the admissions data in R, then ran hypothesis tests comparing acceptance rates between genders.

The paper documents the sampling design, the tests, and what the results support about admissions rates.
